To begin with, our Balgowlah Project was a property that had amazing views through the upper level windows but had no balcony to relax or entertain on and really take in the stunning surroundings.
Client Brief
Our clients wanted us to create an entertaining balcony that had to take advantage of the impressive views of the pool area below and beyond to Manly. They also asked us to change the windows in the living room area to high performance glazing.
Job Specifications
Some of the finishes and highlights included:
- Brand new tiled upper level balcony
- Frameless glass balustrading to maximise the view
- Skillion COLORBOND roof with ceiling and downlights installed
- Natural gas piped direct to BBQ on the balcony
- TREND and DONALCO windows and doors
- LOW-E high performance glazing thermal glass
- Windows complemented by a sleek architrave-free finish for maximum effect
