Our Roseville Project was a residence that had the main entertaining area at its rear deck. The deck was ageing and in disrepair, unfortunately not being used to its full potential.
Client Brief
Our client’s brief was simple – to build them a brand new, stylish, and modern outdoor entertaining area. The deck came off the second storey and was covered over by the roof. They want it to be opened up so the sun could shine in, and yet be weatherproof on rainy days. Hence the clever selection of a louvred roof.

- COLORBOND roof with closed in fibre cement ceiling and downlights
Project Duration
The time taken for this project in Roseville was just over 4 months, January to May 2020.
After Snapshot
On completion of this project, our clients were presented with a beautifully finished, open and expansive entertaining area that felt like an extension to their home. With half of the deck covered by the ceiling and the other half by the amazing LUMEX louvres, it provided our clients the luxury of having it feel like either the outdoors or as another large living space out of the elements. The new deck is truly an all weather place our clients can enjoy every day.
