After purchasing this 3-bedroom Dee Why unit, our clients wished to renovate to suit their tastes and give a new and more modern lease on life. The apartment was not in dire need of a renovation, however they wanted to make it their own!
Client Brief
Our client brief was to update majority of the apartment and to make it fit with their life and style.
This apartment renovation included complete demolition and renovation of bathrooms, the kitchen and the laundry. We installed new hybrid timber floors, ducted air-conditioning and repainted the entire unit. Custom joinery was used to create built in wardrobes and a linen press.

- Ducted air-conditioning installed, concealed via a new bulkhead created along the ceiling
Project Obstacles
As is quite common with apartment projects, the main obstacle we came up against was the access in and out of the unit. Otherwise, this renovation was a successful and enjoyable renovation for the team!
Project Duration
The time taken for this apartment renovation project in Dee Why, from start to full completion was around 3 months, September to December 2019.
After Snapshot
On completion of this project, our clients were the proud owners of a fully renovated, luxury 3 bedroom apartment within walking distance to Dee Why beach. The clients’ newly purchased apartment was now completely in line with their style and needs!
