We’re a family owned and operated business, run by Managing Director David Ferrari, a fourth generation builder who has been in the trade since 1998. We service many areas focusing on the Northern Beaches , North Shore and surrounding areas.

To stay up to date with all the industry standards, rules and regulations, we have been proud members of the Housing Industry Association and the Master Builders Association for over 15 years and regularly attend industry seminars. Our Foremen have received industry accredited training in areas such as Working Safely at Heights. All staff receive formal training in areas such as the safe handling of asbestos.

History of One of the Leading Building Companies, Northern Beaches
Managing Director David Ferrari started his career working for a local builder. He quickly progressed from carpentry apprentice to a leading hand foreman, working on some of Sydney’s most prestigious homes. Given David’s passion, skills and knowledge for the residential building trade, the logical next step was to start his own business. In 2004 David Ferrari Constructions was born.
Our company remains one of the leading building companies in the Northern Beaches due to our growing portfolio of happy clients who are more than satisfied with our workmanship and service. Amongst our direct employees we have a wide range of skills and expertise, meaning less dependency on subcontractors. This minimises the downtime commonly caused by relying on other trades and keeps the build on time.
Local to the area, David truly understands the Northern Beaches style as well as the latest trends and ideas across Australia. We love to discuss plans and designs with our clients to help them come up with a perfect solution to suit their lifestyle and budget.
Our Vision for the Future of David Ferrari Constructions
We also are committed to providing jobs and training in areas that are experiencing skills shortages. Ferrari Constructions is currently training our ninth apprentice and we look forward to training many more in the years to come. We also partner with the Northern Beaches Business Education Network (“the BEN”) by taking 20 – 25 HSC Construction module students per year for work experience. It’s a great way for those students to get hands on experience within a building site and see if it might be the career path for them.
